Problem

Ideal Auto OÜ, the company for which the warehouse was built, carries out car body and tyre work and offers tyre storage services.

A partner who had offered these services in the past felt that Ideal Auto had outgrown their shoes as a customer. The amount of tyres that needed to be changed and stored had grown so large that the partner’s space was limited.

So one of the main objectives that the new building solved was to have a big, proper warehouse with a lot of tyre capacity.

Solution

The cooperation with the Baltic Shipowners started off wonderfully. As a starting point, Ideal Auto described what kind of shelves they wanted and the surface area of the space. The aim was to accommodate as many tyre racks as efficiently as possible.

The quotation, including installation drawings and layout plans for the shelves, came very promptly. The next step was to negotiate a price and the cooperation started.

Ideal Auto ordered a complete storage rack solution – tyre racks with installation.

Ideal Auto is very satisfied with the shelves, the installation and the overall result. Baltic Warehouse Master met all the deadlines and the installation went smoothly.

The workers who went to install it were real professionals. The installers involved Ideal Auto representatives in the process for just a few moments to ask about certain nuances and came up with quick solution proposals.

The shelves were installed in a short time and everything went smoothly.

Our feedback to the Baltic Sea Master is simple. There were a lot of different variables in the whole building process, but everything regarding the tyre loading and the installation of the shelving units was the only process that was 100% according to plan and agreed deadlines.

To sum up, I can say that everything went very well. If in the future we plan to expand our premises or see the need to refurbish the warehouse, it will be easy for us. We have the number of the Baltic Master of Shipping and see no reason to reconsider which partner to choose.
