Invaru OÜ offers sales and rental of assistive devices for people with disabilities in Estonia. Today, we have offices in 10 locations all over Estonia and we serve about 10,000 customers every month.

Invar needed a new warehouse because we opened a new office in Tallinn, which meant that the space was completely empty for us and we needed warehouse equipment.

We found Laomeister thanks to the fact that we have actually been working with Laomeister for about 10 years now. We’ve always taken shelving from them in all our other outlets where we’ve upgraded or done stock, because they’re very easy to do things with and secondly the shelving they offer is very convenient to handle and fold.

The interaction with Silver is very concrete and business-like: question and answer. And the answers always come very quickly – that’s very positive. So far, all projects have been done in such a way that in some cases it has happened that it is less than a week from order to delivery and we have been able to get it done, the warehouse manager has always had enough stock, at least of the specific shelf we need.

The good thing about these shelves is that their construction is so simple that it is very easy to change the height of the shelf plates. This can be done independently each time. Even if it is necessary to change the layout and location of the goods, it is always possible for two employees to simply take the plate from between the shelves, move it to a new height and everything will work again. For that, you don’t need to call on Silver per se to get someone to move a plate or two.

I would recommend working with Laomeister to all companies that want quick and concrete solutions, because so far everything has always been done the way it should be done – very concrete and fast.
