Problem

NB Quality Group OÜ had a need for storage racks when they started expanding their warehouse. The aim was to store goods better and make the best use of storage space. They also wanted to store two different types of goods – small goods and basic goods.

Another major objective was to introduce a better programme for the storage of goods.

Solution

A solution was found by looking for a new warehouse space. Once this was found, new furnishings and a commercial layout were planned. Baltic Warehouse was involved in the procurement process for the shelving when quotations were requested from various companies.

The warehouse master helped by designing a shelving solution specifically for the storage of fine goods.

Hit

The Baltic Shipbuilder helped to realise NB Quality Group’s vision. The warehouse is now 50% filled with small equipment shelves and 50% with base shelves. A warehouse master has the ability to implement more complex and specific solutions.

The warehouse foreman was quick in his work, installing the warehouse in less time than expected. The new warehouse was installed in just four days.

NB Quality Group OÜ is engaged in the sale of various maintenance chemicals and repair accessories in Estonia and the Baltic States.
